Excellent DJ. After seeing him pump up the crowd like he did at our frat party, I must say he is one of my favorite DJ's. I really look foward to going to Webster Hall to see him DJ. He has a great variety of songs and does a really great job. - Pat , posted 04/30/05 |

I am in charge of all social events at my NJIT TKE chapter. The main relevence to this is being in charge of Parties and 'mixers'. (These are small closed parties usually exclusive to one fraternity and one sorority) Joe has been the fraternities DJ for quite some time now. He really gets the crowd going at both parties and mixers, with a variety of music. He is exceptional at feeling out the crowd and adapting the type of music to the mood of the crowd on any given night. Joey did my daughters sweet 16 and was awesome he was hired by 3 ofther people from that event! He had all the music for that party and everyone there had a great time....the music and dj make the party go with someone you can trust to be there and have exactly what you want! Joe(DJBumRush) was the DJ for the Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority formal last year and it was awesome. The music was just what we wanted and he did a great job at getting all the sisters and guests on the floor dancing and having fun all night long. Joe is also the house DJ at the Teke fraternity house at NJIT and he always shows everyone an amazing party. He presents himself very professionally, yet is great at getting the party started and keeping it going strong all night. This is pretty blatant self promotion, but there were no other postings here, so I figured Id start one off. I dont think anyone Ive worked for is a tribe memeber either, but maybe Ill see if I can get a few to join, worst case scenario, just to post some reviews. Im currently on the club circuit in NYC, DJing Hip-Hop and Reggae at Webster Hall on Thursday Nights, but often Im asked to play for the House/Trance crowd on the main floor, and occasioanlly fill in for the Resident in the 80's room. Im the perfect opener if your looking for a DJ for your club in NY, NJ, or PA, my specialty is packing a dance floor, and drawing a fresh beautiful, sophisticated crowd in off the streets. Im also available for private functions, Sweet 16's, Graduation Parties, House Parties, Fraternity/Sorority Parties/Formals etc. Any function that requires recent popular music and even some classics.
